Becky has been part of JWC's front line for more than seven years, excelling as both a coach and personal trainer before stepping into her current role as Facility Manager.

Her passion for helping people grow and progress, paired with her strong leadership and contagious energy, makes Becky someone that both members and the team genuinely look up to.

She embodies the JWC spirit — supportive, driven, and always focused on bringing out the best in others.

With over five years as a JWC Personal Trainer, Coach Lewis is well known for his gentle approach and empathetic nature.

He's especially popular with clients who value gradual, consistent progress.

Lewis excels at helping people feel at ease — including those who may feel nervous or unsure in a gym environment — making every session welcoming, supportive, and confidence-building.

Sally has been part of the JWC team for three years and is as well known for her quick wit and sarcastic banter as she is for her coaching methods.

As a successful international event rider, Sally understands the dedication and time required to realise your ambitions.

With over 10 years of equestrian coaching experience, she has worked with everyone from true beginners to fellow international athletes, helping each client progress with confidence and purpose.

Whilst still fairly new to the industry, Lucy brings a huge amount of enthusiasm and a research-driven approach to her coaching.

She's committed to creating a motivating, inclusive environment where every client feels supported and empowered.

With experience coaching a wide range of fitness styles — from strength sessions and high-energy engine workouts to Pilates classes — Lucy blends solid knowledge with a fun, encouraging style that helps clients push their limits with confidence.

Kate Bowers

With five years of personal training experience at JWC, Kate brings a supportive, enthusiastic approach to helping clients build healthier habits.

She recently completed her MSc in sports nutrition and now leads JWC's nutrition programme, Elevate with Kate.

Kate's background includes a First-Class degree in Nutrition and Exercise Prescription from Salford University and advanced study in Sport Nutrition. She's passionate about helping clients of all levels fuel their performance with confidence and clarity.

Louis Johnson

Louis Johnson

Louis is a Personal Trainer with over three years of experience helping clients build strength, lose weight, and gain confidence.

His journey into fitness began after recovering from five spinal fractures and knee surgery — teaching him the value of resilience, patience, and moving well for long-term health.

He has supported a wide range of clients, from those feeling stuck in their progress to individuals aiming to build muscle or transform their lifestyle.

Louis's approach is simple, effective, and enjoyable, focused on results that truly last.

For the past 15 years, I've worked as a dancer and singer in production shows across multiple cruise lines. During that time, my passion for fitness grew massively, leading me to become the Specialist Personal Trainer I am today.

I'm always expanding my knowledge so I can deliver the best to others. I'm driven, confident, and competitive — and with both entertainment and fitness at the heart of what I do, you can guarantee no workout will ever be boring.
