What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race for every body — 8 x 1km runs paired with 8 functional workout stations: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. A HYROX sim replicates that race in a gym with official-style timing, so you can train race-day conditions, benchmark a finish time and sharpen weak stations before a live event.
