Essential cookies

Needed for the website to work — for example signing in, remembering your cookie choice, and taking secure payments through Stripe. These can't be switched off.

Marketing cookies (optional)

Only if you choose "Accept all" or switch on Marketing, we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure page visits and purchases that come from our Facebook and Instagram adverts. It sets cookies such as _fbp and _fbc.

When you have consented and complete a purchase (programmes, HYROX events or Contrast Recovery), we also send that purchase to Meta directly from our server using the Meta Conversions API, after Stripe confirms the payment. This includes the product name, amount paid, a transaction reference, and your email address and phone number in a scrambled (hashed) form, plus your browser and IP details. We send it so we can measure our adverts accurately. Our lawful basis is your consent.

If you reject marketing cookies, neither the Pixel nor the Conversions API is used for you. We never use marketing tracking in member or staff areas.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw consent at any time:

You can also contact us to exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion, objection). You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
