Price Reviews

We reserve the right to periodically review and adjust our prices to reflect economic conditions and business expenses.

Members and clients will be notified via email at least one calendar month in advance of any change. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their contact details, including email address, are kept up to date and that they remain subscribed to our emails to receive these updates.

PAR-Q

 

A PAR-Q must be completed before commencement of any exercise at JWC Health & Fitness.

Upon completion of this document, I agree that I have completed a physical activity readiness questionnaire and that I'm happy with the content. I know of no reason why I should not participate in any physical activity.

Should my health change or should I require advice or support with injuries or health conditions I will inform a JWC Manager.

I understand and am aware that participation in JWC Health & Fitness services involves risk. With the knowledge and understanding of these risks I choose to continue participation. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless JWC Health & Fitness Ltd, its employees, and instructors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses, including personal injury or loss, arising out of my participation in any physical exercise, whether supervised or unsupervised.

Upfront Payments

All JWC memberships are non-refundable or transferable. 

Membership may be suspended at the discretion of a JWC manager for periods of leave greater than 1 month up to a maximum of 3 months per year. Written notice must be provided including a return date.


Recurring Monthly Payments

 

Monthly memberships at JWC Health & Fitness Ltd are on a recurring monthly basis for a minimum term of 3-months.

 

Your membership will automatically be extended once the Minimum Membership Period has ended for consecutive 1 month periods unless the agreement has been terminated or cancelled with notice. If you wish to cancel your membership please provide us with one months written notice, your membership will be terminated following a final payment after cancellation.

 

 

Membership may be suspended at the discretion of a JWC manager for 1 month increments, up to a maximum of 3 months per year, a 10% admin fee will be charged for each month of suspension. Written notice must be provided including a return date.

 

Personal Training

All personal training payments must be made prior to sessions commencement unless other arrangements are made with JWC management. Pre-paid sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise, full payment for the session will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Your personal training agreement is with JWC Health & Fitness Ltd and should your assigned coach no longer be available to carry out your pre-arranged sessions, we will try our upmost to rearrange this with an alternative coach with minimal disruption to your routine.

 

Should you have any grievance with your coach, any other JWC staff member, or our facilities, please submit your concerns in writing to a member of management. We will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Data Protection

 

JWC Health & Fitness will store my personal data, including but not limited to;

We would never share this information with a third party without your consent. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

JWC Health & Fitness regularly take photos and videos of sessions for promotional purposes, this content may be used across social media platforms, on our website, email marketing and printed literature. If you do not wish to be included in such content, please inform us in writing.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

​

Promotions that include 'T&C's apply' will have restricted eligibility, which may vary based on membership type, returning members, or non-members. Eligibility criteria for each offer will be outlined in the promotion details and are subject to the discretion of the management.
