About the event
JWC's 'Six Weeks to Strong'programme gives you 6-weeks of absolute focus and accountability, with your own coach from start to finish.
Personal Training is the ultimate option to ensure that your workouts are planned and delivered to your goals and your abilities. Benefit also from an additional Group PT session per week within JWC's community & nutrition guidance. We'll measure your change in Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM), Body Fat Mass (BFM) and Visceral Fat levels to ensure progress and continued motivation. ✔️ Choice of coaches

12 sessions for 10 available until the end of May, whilst spaces remain.
6 weeks can be extended up to 8 weeks to account for holidays/illness.
